Thank you for trusting me to consult on the decoration of your home. I look forward to helping you create a space that is unabashedly you. Your answers to the questions below will allow me to better understand your style and preferences. The more details you provide, the closer I can get to creating design schemes that you love!

If you want to me to scheme multiple rooms at once, you may need to submit a separate questionnaire for each, or be very clear about defining your answers for each space.

Looking at the space as it is today, are there other elements that will be changing (added in or removed/replaced)?

Is there anything about the decor of the adjoining rooms (as it exists now or that are planned for the future) that might influence selections for this space, including patterns, colors, etc?

Do you have any specific budget limitations, or is your budget flexible? For context, the average cost of to-the-trade fabrics is between $185 - $275/yard. They can go a little lower, and a lot higher. If your budget is tight, we may need to limit to specific brands and products, or take a high-low approach.
