About Stuck on Hue
Hollie Rich founded Stuck on Hue in 2014 as a made-to-order pillow shop, and has been delighted to help thousands of people around the world personalize their spaces one pillow at a time.
In 2020, holiday stockings joined the repertoire because Hollie believes seasonal decor can be both festive and stylish. Our fifth collection of stockings will launch this fall, made from a curated selection of fabrics and trims, all designed and handmade in our Louisville, Kentucky, studio.
Over the years customers started asking to purchase fabric, wallpapers and trims from Stuck on Hue's curated collection of brands. This revealed a gap in the market that we have filled with our new Design Concierge Service. Through that service, we help design enthusiasts procure the trade-exclusive products they dream of without having to hire a professional decorator.
Whether working at the sewing machine or the computer, Hollie handles every order from start to finish. Rather than scaling the business, she prefers to provide high-level personal service and meticulous craftsmanship that only a small business can provide.
About Hollie
Perhaps her childhood bedroom filled with Laura Ashley florals should have been a sign of what was to come, but Hollie spent 16 years in corporate marketing and non-profit education before transitioning into the design world.
She stumbled into entrepreneurship when a project to make pillows for her own home snowballed into a business, and there was no looking back.
Hollie believes your home should be "unabashedly you" -- no generic interiors allowed! Her own home is filled with favorite fabrics and wallpapers (of course), furnishings that are a mix of old and new, plus many cherished collections and treasures found near and far.
During her off time, Hollie is most likely scheming up her next house project, scouring antique stores and estate sales, taking a long walk with her husband in their historic Louisville, Kentucky, neighborhood, or researching their next travel adventure.
