My Design Concierge Service fills a gap in the market by providing homeowners with access to the same trade-exclusive products that top interior designers use.
Most of my clients follow their favorite interior designers and home decor brands on Instagram and know what they like. They enjoy decorating and may even hire a pro for a consult, but don't need full service. The missing link is access to all the fabulous products that are only sold to the design trade.
That's where I come in.
Just as a well-connected hotel concierge can help you procure an exclusive restaurant reservation, as your Design Concierge, I can help you procure the fabulous designer products that you otherwise don't have access to.
I have trade accounts with hundreds of brands across the globe, whose product portfolios include fabrics, trims, wallpaper, lighting, furniture, rugs, chick blinds and more.
PRICING & ORDERING PROCESS
I receive trade pricing from each brand, then simply add a % markup to cover my fees. When I provide you a quote, my fee is already included.
All products ship directly to you from the vendor, or to a designated workroom of your choice. Shipping costs, and potentially sales tax or tariffs, are dependent on the brand, product, quantity needed, and your ship-to location.
Once you have provided me with your final quantity and ship-to address, I confirm final costs with the vendor, then set up an order in my system. You will receive an emailed invoice, to be paid via my online store. Easy peasy.
Along the way, I am here to answer questions and provide advice, and to handle any issues that might come up. My goal is to make the process as simple as possible for you.
