Pillow covers come standard with a knife edge (no trim). To add ruffles, welting, flange, or piping to your pillow, check out our Trim Options page and choose your favorite add-on. Pattern placement will vary based on size ordered, but the pattern will always be centered (see photos for examples). If you order multiple 2-sided pillow covers, the fronts will all match and the backs will all match. If you order multiple 1-sided pillow covers, the fronts will all match.
