Turnaround Time

The studio is closed from 11/29 - 12/7. Holiday stockings purchased during that time will ship on 12/8. Starting 12/8, holiday stockings will ship in 1-3 days. Orders are shipped via UPS Ground and should arrive within 1-4 days. You will receive a ship notice with tracking once your order is on its way.

If your package is returned to me due to an incomplete or incorrect address, you will be responsible for additional shipping costs to reroute the package to you.

I cannot be responsible for packages stolen after delivery. If your package gets lost in the UPS system, let me know and I will try my best to help locate it or file a claim.
