Return/Cancellation Policy

PILLOW COVERS

Because my pillow covers are made to order to your fabric and size specifications, they are not returnable unless there is a defect. Quality is important to me, so please let me know within 3 days of delivery if there is any problem with the product you receive.

If you are unsure whether a particular fabric's color, pattern or texture will work in your space, please order a fabric swatch before ordering. Swatches are $4, and ship free within the U.S., with just a small postage fee outside the U.S.

If you want to cancel an order, please let me know ASAP. This is not a problem unless I have already cut or sewn your pillow covers, or special-ordered a fabric on your behalf.
